Reservation Policy 

The rates displayed on the “SITE” are valid only at the time of your quote. They will only apply to the designated service. A reservation is considered complete when the “USER” has a confirmation number and the charge has been duly charged. When booking, the “USER” authorizes us to use your personal and credit card information to apply the charge. The “USER” must submit the printed confirmation when required at the starting their activity.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

All of our excursions are exclusive and require a reservation.

To ensure that each of our clients has the opportunity to experience and admire nature, culture, and develop the enthusiasm of personal discovery that our visits offer, we limit the number of people on each of our excursions.

Once you receive a confirmation, your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all our customers, RIVIERA MAYA TRIPS operates a strict cancellation policy:

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours before: 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 36-47 hours before the service: 80% refund or 90% in credit for another activity in the same destination.

Cancellations made between 24-35 hours before the service: 50% refund or 70% in credit for another activity in the same destination.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of service: no refund or 25% in credit for another activity in the same destination.

No show**: no refund or credit.

All modifications are subject to availability and authorization of the service provider.

**A no show is considered when the person does not attend the activity and that was not present on the confirmed places & time for its activity. The waiting time for each customer is 5 minutes.

Charges to your card

A charge will be made to your credit card as soon as your reservation is confirmed, normally this process is completed after 24 hours of the sending of your reservation. If the date you selected is not available, RIVIERA MAYA TRIPS will offer alternative dates or times and will only charge your card if you confirm that you agree with the options offered.

Prices and Exchange Rate

The prices are in Dollars but the charges to the cards may be applied in Mexican Pesos. We use the exchange rate of the day provided by the bank, so the account statement of your card will indicate the type of banking change.

Charge to your Secure Credit Card

RIVIERA MAYA TRIPS wants you to feel as safe as possible when making an online purchase. For this reason, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, safeguarding the information on your card when you make the reservation of the tours. This backup process prevents other people from having access to information transmitted over the internet. Once received, the information on your card is not transmitted again on the network.
